Grieving the Holy Spirit and blaspheming against the Holy Spirit are two different matters, with different consequences.
 
1. God can forgive you grieving the Holy Spirit, so that you can correct what you've done, providing you have a repentant heart.
2. God cannot forgive you blaspheming against the Holy Spirit, therefore you will be unable to correct what you've done. 
 
 Matthew 12:31-32
   31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven men. 
   32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
 
If the Holy Spirit has convicted you that you've grieved Him, then you may want to say in agreement the prayer at the end of this message.

Luke 13 v 6-9

6 Then Jesus told this story: “A man planted a fig tree in his garden and came again and again to see if there was any fruit on it, but he was always disappointed. 

7 Finally, he said to his gardener, ‘I’ve waited three years, and there hasn’t been a single fig! Cut it down. It’s just taking up space in the garden.’

8“The gardener answered, ‘Sir, give it one more chance. Leave it another year, and I’ll give it special attention and plenty of fertilizer.

9 If we get figs next year, fine. If not, then you can cut it down.”

My prayer for you after hearing this message,

is that you will discover your full potential

 which God has placed within you, 

in Jesus name.
